Throwback Thursday: MATA Expo (November 2014)

I want to say thank you to “positive attitude” leaders like Modela and Michael who invited me to the expo in Long Beach last November. It shows me that it is important to do something for our children’s future! With over 2,000 patrons in attendance my book sold like crazy. Best of all though, I had many children come to me and say, “I want to be an author or an illustrator.” And it was so much fun to be face to face autographing books for the children. It made me feel so important to be out there as much as I can for sharing my creation and hopefully, being a role model for our children's future.

Modela, thank you again for the great interview! Love ya!

Weekly Update (5/6/15):

This past weekend I made an appearance at the DeafNation Expo in Pomona, California to promote my book "Tree Wise".

DeafNation Expo is the foremost touring trade show for, by, and about deaf people. DeafNation provides exhibitions, entertainment and seminars around the United States at no charge to the public. Their philosophy is that free admission brings a diverse group of attendees who can share in the deaf culture, needs, language, and information.
